Reviews on Google and Tripadvisor, not only on booking sites

Your guests already leave reviews where they booked. RepOtz also offers them Google and Tripadvisor, at checkout or the next day, in their language.

Scenario

Sunday, 11 a.m., checkout from room 12

  1. 1

A couple hands back their key. On the front desk, an NFC plate with your logo invites them to share their stay.

  2. 2

In a hurry to hit the road, they leave without stopping. The next day, the email invitation sent from RepOtz reaches them in English, the language saved with their booking.

  3. 3

They rate their stay. Happy, they pick Google or Tripadvisor. Bothered by a noisy air conditioner? They can tell you privately, and the public path is still offered.

  4. 4

You get their feedback by email, reply to them and have the unit checked before the next arrival.

Where a traveler's review carries the most weight

Booking.com and Airbnb only accept reviews from guests who booked through them. For your direct bookings and travelers passing through, Google and Tripadvisor are the storefronts that count. Feature them, keep Booking.com and Airbnb behind « See all », and add Expedia or any other platform with a custom URL.

From the front desk to the inbox

Front desk and room

An NFC plate on the counter, a QR code on the welcome card or in the room: guests open your page in one tap, with no app.

Email invitation after the stay

On the Pro and Max plans, import your departures by CSV, send the invitation right away or on the date you choose, with one automatic reminder for those who have not replied.

In the traveler's language

The page shows in English, French or Spanish depending on the guest's phone, and each contact gets the invitation in the language saved for them.

Your platforms in your order

Choose which platforms to feature, such as Google and Tripadvisor, and group the rest behind « See all ».

RepOtz guides every customer to the channel that best fits their experience - the public path stays open to everyone, without exception. No review is blocked, filtered or removed.

Frequently asked questions

Why not ask for reviews on Booking.com only?

Booking.com and Airbnb keep reviews for their own customers. A traveler who booked direct cannot review you there: Google and Tripadvisor are where their review counts.

Can I send the request automatically after checkout?

On the Pro and Max plans, you import your guests by CSV and schedule the send, with a single reminder. If your booking software connects to Zapier or Make, it can create the contacts and launch the invitation campaign for you.

My guests come from everywhere. In which language do they get the request?

The page adapts to the guest's phone, in English, French or Spanish. For the email, the language saved for each contact, such as a locale column in your CSV, takes priority over the campaign language.

Am I allowed to email my past guests?

Each contact's consent is timestamped and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. An unsubscribed guest is excluded from all your sends, across all your businesses.

Can I offer a free night or an upgrade in exchange for a review?

No. Google, Tripadvisor and Booking.com forbid rewarding reviews. Ask all your guests, at the right moment, with nothing in return.

Where does your property's reputation stand?

The free audit goes over your Google profile, your reviews, your social media and your presence in search engines and AI assistants.
