No, prices exclude taxes. Applicable taxes (for example GST 5% and QST 9.975% in Québec) are calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing address and itemized on every invoice.

Nothing is charged automatically: no card is requested during the trial. At the end, you decide whether to subscribe. Until the subscription is activated, your collection pages are paused and your data stays accessible.

On the annual plan, 10 months are billed instead of 12: 2 months are free, on all three plans. Features, limits and support are identical whether you pay monthly or yearly.

Yes, at any time. An upgrade applies immediately and only the prorated difference for the remaining period is charged. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no partial refund.

You keep viewing and editing what exists; only adding a new item (business, contact point, campaign) requires moving to the next plan. No overage fee is ever charged automatically.

Yes. On every plan, each campaign has its public link page, the email capture block, access to your contacts and their CSV export with consent dates: your audience belongs to you whatever your plan. Display rules on your links, form templates and the widget for your own site are included everywhere too. What the Pro plan adds is writing to those contacts (review requests, automatic follow-ups) and importing a list. On every plan as well, RepOtz checks each week that your links still lead somewhere and warns you if not.

From the secure payment portal (Stripe), available on your Billing page, in a few clicks. There is no commitment and no cancellation fee: the subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid.
