Restaurants

More reviews for your restaurant, while the meal is still fresh

A QR code on the table or an NFC plate by the register: your guests leave a review in seconds, on the platform that matters to you.

Scenario

Tuesday night, table 6

  1. 1

Table 6 pays the bill. On the table, a plate with your logo invites them to share their opinion.

  2. 2

The guest scans the QR code or taps their phone on the NFC plate. Nothing to install: the page opens in their language.

  3. 3

They rate their evening. Happy, they pick Google, Tripadvisor or Yelp in one tap. Let down by a detail, they can write to you privately, and the public path is still offered.

  4. 4

The next day, you read their private feedback and can reach out to make things right.

The platforms that fill tables

Google is where most diners start looking for a place to eat. Tripadvisor and Yelp matter to visitors passing through, OpenTable to bookings, Uber Eats and DoorDash to delivery. You choose which platforms appear and in what order.

  • Tripadvisor
  • Yelp

What actually helps on the floor

Table QR codes and NFC plates

Download QR codes in your restaurant's colors to print, or order NFC table plates programmed to your page, shipped free across Canada.

An ask that does not depend on staff

The plate asks instead of the server. On a rush night or with a team that changes often, every table gets the same invitation.

Private feedback to react fast

An unhappy guest can write to you directly and you get an email alert. They can always post a public review too.

Clicks and reviews you can follow

See which platforms your guests choose, human visits only. Once your Google profile is connected, a reminder tells you when a review is still unanswered.

RepOtz guides every customer to the channel that best fits their experience - the public path stays open to everyone, without exception. No review is blocked, filtered or removed.

Frequently asked questions

Do my guests need to install an app?

No. The guest scans the QR code or taps their phone on the NFC plate, and the page opens in their browser, in English, French or Spanish depending on their phone.

Can I offer a free dessert in exchange for a review?

No. Google and Tripadvisor forbid rewarding reviews, and a review obtained that way can be removed. A clear ask at the right moment is enough.

What happens when a guest is not satisfied?

They can leave private feedback, which you receive by email so you can react quickly. The page also offers them to post a public review if they wish: no review is blocked.

I have several locations. Can each one have its own Google profile?

Yes. Each location is a contact point: you can link its own Google profile while sharing your other platforms, such as Facebook. The number of contact points depends on your plan.

Are NFC table plates included in the subscription?

No. They are ordered separately from the NFC shop, whatever your plan, with free shipping across Canada. QR codes are included and can be downloaded for printing.

Where does your restaurant's reputation stand?

The free audit reviews your Google profile, your reviews, your social media and your visibility in search engines and AI assistants.
