A review in one tap, between checkout and the door

Your customer is in a hurry and will not come back to fill in a form. An NFC card on the counter or a QR code on the receipt is enough: they leave a review before putting their phone away.

Scenario

Saturday, 3 p.m., the checkout line

  1. 1

The customer pays with her phone. Right next to the terminal, an NFC card in your colors asks: « Happy with your visit? »

  2. 2

She taps her phone. Two choices appear, happy or not happy, and she picks the first before packing her purchases.

  3. 3

She lands on your Google profile and writes a few words about the advice she got in the aisle. Had something disappointed her, she could have written to you privately, with the public path still offered.

  4. 4

On Sunday, a customer ordering online finds the same journey embedded in your store's order confirmation page.

Where people look for a store nearby

« Near me » searches start on Google. Facebook and Instagram show your new arrivals and window displays, Yelp matters in some cities, and Trustpilot reassures buyers in your online store. You choose which ones appear and in what order.

The journey in your online store

Embed the journey in your website with the widget, on every plan: on the order confirmation page, it behaves like a block of your own site.

One Google profile per store

Each store is a contact point with its own Google profile, while sharing your social accounts. You see the clicks for each location.

RepOtz guides every customer to the channel that best fits their experience - the public path stays open to everyone, without exception. No review is blocked, filtered or removed.

Frequently asked questions

My customers are in a hurry. How long does it take them?

The simple journey asks for a single choice, happy or not happy, before opening your platforms. Everything happens in the browser, with no app and no account to create.

Do NFC cards work with every phone?

Most recent phones read NFC. For the others, the QR code printed on the card opens exactly the same page.

What about my online store?

The widget embeds the journey in your website, on every plan (3 widgets on Basic, 10 on Pro, 50 on Max). You choose the allowed sites, and the statistics tell apart the clicks that came from your site.

I have several stores. How do I keep them apart?

Each location is a contact point: it has its Google profile, its QR codes and its statistics, and shares your common platforms. The number of contact points depends on your plan.

Can I offer a discount in exchange for a review?

No. Google and Yelp forbid rewarding reviews, and Yelp even discourages asking for them. Feature the platforms where asking is allowed instead, such as Google.

How does your store show up in local searches?

The free audit checks your Google profile, your reviews, your social media and your visibility in search engines and AI assistants.
