Travel

The trip happens far from you. The review is asked for on the way back.

Your travelers come home days after booking, often far from your agency. RepOtz asks for their review at the right moment, in their language, on the right platform.

Scenario

Saturday, back from a ten-day tour

  1. 1

The group lands in the late afternoon. In the travel booklet handed out at departure, a QR code already pointed to your page throughout the trip.

  2. 2

On Monday morning, the email invitation you scheduled for this departure reaches every traveler, once the suitcases are unpacked.

  3. 3

One traveler describes her guides and landscapes on Tripadvisor. Another found a hotel transfer too long: he tells you privately, and the public path is still offered.

  4. 4

You pass the remark on to the transfer provider before the next departure, and reply to the traveler.

One platform for the agency, another for the tour

Google is the storefront of your neighborhood agency, Trustpilot that of an agency selling online. Tripadvisor matters for tours and excursions, Facebook for travel communities. Each campaign features its own platforms.

A QR code on travel documents

Booklet, luggage tag, booking confirmation: your campaign's QR code prints wherever travelers will find it during or after the trip.

An invitation scheduled for the return

On the Pro and Max plans, import the travelers of a departure and schedule the email for the day after they get back, with a single reminder for those who have not replied.

Memories on video

On the Max plan, travelers record up to two minutes of testimonial from their phone and agree to its promotional use. You download it for your brochures and social media.

One campaign per product

Feature Tripadvisor on a tour's campaign and Google or Trustpilot on the agency's: each traveler lands on the platforms that match what they bought.

RepOtz guides every customer to the channel that best fits their experience - the public path stays open to everyone, without exception. No review is blocked, filtered or removed.

Frequently asked questions

When should I send the review request?

After the trip, not before: travelers need to have lived it. Schedule the invitation for one or two days after their return, and let the automatic reminder reach those who were still busy.

I sell tours and run an agency. Should I mix everything?

No. Create one campaign per product or per contact point, each with its featured platforms: Tripadvisor for a tour, Google for the agency.

My groups speak several languages. How do I handle that?

The page shows in English, French or Spanish depending on the traveler's phone. In your CSV, a locale column sets the invitation language for each traveler.

Can I use the video testimonials in my brochure?

Yes, travelers agree to the promotional use of their video before recording it. Videos are never public on RepOtz: you download them from your dashboard.

Can I offer a discount on the next trip in exchange for a review?

No. Tripadvisor, Google and Trustpilot forbid rewarding reviews. A loyalty discount must never be tied to posting a review.

How do travelers see your agency online?

The free audit takes stock of your Google profile, your reviews, your social media and your visibility in search engines and AI assistants.
