Frequently asked questions
Can I import the history too?
Yes: export the feedback or contacts CSV from the dashboard and paste it into the sheet.
Do the numbers count robots?
No: RepOtz only emits real events; click statistics already exclude automated traffic.
API and webhooks are included from the Pro plan. The analytics, testimonials and audits scopes require the Agency plan.
